NOW is a great time to take advantage or our Virtual Home Selling Program! We have systems and processes in place to help you sell your home now, when you need to!

Here’s how:

1. Virtual Listing Meeting

We'll meet with your through a video meeting app like FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Hangouts. We'll go over everything, step by step so you know what to expect.

2. Electronically Sign Documents

We'll send you all the listing documents to review and sign through email, from the comfort of your recliner!

3. Prepare Your Home for Market

You'll go over the list of suggestions your agent gave you to get you home ready to go on the open market and for photography!

4. Professional Photography/Videography

Our photographer will take photos and a walkthru video we will use when marketing your home. We do have some rules to keep everyone safe. You agent and our Client Care Coordinator will go over those with you!

5. LIVE on the MLS Service

You will go LIVE on the MLS Service and Keller Williams will feed your homes listing down through over 950 websites for maximum exposure!

6. Virtual Showings and Accepted Offer

With the photography, video walkthru and limited in person showings, our goal is to generate an acceptable offer for your home!

7. Inspection Negotiations, Appraisals and Clear to Close!

We'll guide you through the inspections process to reach an agreement with your homes buyer. The lender will order the appraisal. When all is good, we will receive the Clear to Close from the buyer's lender and off to closing!

8. Closing Appointment

We have a few options with closing appointments to keep all parties safe! Sellers may have the option to do an email closing, assign a one time Power of Attorney to your agent to sign the documents for you, or we can do a ``curbside`` closing at the title company. Your proceeds can be wired to your bank account and you are officially SOLD!!
