We will prepare the offer and documents for your review and you can sign without ever leaving your couch!
You'll send your earnest money to the brokerage or title company through snail-mail or wire transfer.
Your inspector will send you the inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions. We'll go over it through video meeting or phone call - your choice! Your Lender will handle the appraisal.
A couple of choices here: A mobile closing agent will come to you for the signing of all the paperwork, or you can do a ``curbside`` closing at the title company.
We'll gather the keys, garage remotes and anything else from the seller and deliver them to you! Congratulations, you bought a home!
