Traditional marketing has it’s place. But, any agent can slap a sign in the yard, take some cellphone pictures and add your home to the MLS. What else do they do to find a buyer for your home?
Communication
Communication is key with any client. We communicate with you constantly and someone is always there when you have a question, comment or concern.
You have a busy life. In order to keep up with you and all you have going on, we use all forms of communication – email, phone, text, in person – whatever is needed to keep you informed about your home listing.
Knowing what is going on and what the next step is keeps the stress out of selling your home. We have a client portal where you can see what is being done behind the scenes. From showings to feedback to Open Houses and more, you will be in the know!
